Hi Everybody,
We hope you have made it through this year in good health and good spirits, got to celebrate the holidays and enjoy some relaxing days of reflection. 2020 certainly was a year full of challenges for most of us – may the next year be an easier and more joyful one!
Nevertheless, the last 12 months were not all that bad and overall pretty exciting for us: As some of you already know, we have changed countries (yet again ;)) and are now living in Kaiserslautern, Germany. We were lucky enough to meet some people and make contacts before the country went under a full lockdown, got plenty of space in our new home and cannot wait for the restrictions to be eased so we can head out, properly explore the neighborhood and make new friends! Meanwhile, Jayden is keeping us busy at home: He started walking a few weeks ago and is giving us a run for our money 🙂 He loves to explore anything and everything, both indoors and outdoors (unlike in Italy, playgrounds and hiking paths luckily have remained open here!) and while he is not talking yet, he understands quite a bit and it is really fun to watch how he is making sense of the world bit by bit.
Whatever is beautiful. Whatever is meaningful. Whatever brings you happiness. May it be yours this holiday season and throughout the coming year.
